1. The service
Senderly is a creator-first file-sharing platform. Publishers upload files, share short links to those files, and earn revenue when viewers play them on Senderly's apps. Senderly also distributes Android and iOS apps for viewers, including a free tier with ads and a paid Premium tier.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a publisher account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your credentials.
3. What you upload
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Senderly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
4. Prohibited content & conduct
You will not upload or share:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — instant ban + report to authorities.
- Content you do not own or have a licence to distribute (copyright infringement, paywalled course leaks, leaked films, etc.).
- Malware, phishing kits, or anything designed to harm a viewer's device.
- Sexual content involving real people, deepfakes used to harm or harass, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
- Content that violates Indian law (including the Information Technology Act and IT Rules), or the laws of jurisdictions where the content is delivered.
We operate a three-strike DMCA process. Repeat infringers lose their account and any accrued unpaid revenue is forfeited.
5. Revenue share & payouts
- The current revenue share to publishers is 55% of net ad and subscription revenue attributable to their content. We may revise this with at least 30 days' notice.
- Revenue is aggregated daily and credited to your dashboard within 48 hours. Once your balance crosses ₹500 you can request a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are paid in INR via UPI or bank transfer. You are responsible for any taxes on revenue you earn through Senderly.
- We may withhold payouts for accounts under fraud investigation, accounts in violation of these terms, or where required by law.
6. Subscriptions & in-app purchases
Premium subscriptions are sold via Apple App Store and Google Play through RevenueCat. Pricing is shown in the app at point of sale. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple / Google according to their policies — see our refund policy for details.
7. DMCA & takedowns
We respond to valid takedown notices within 24 hours. File a notice at /dmca. False claims are reported and may result in legal action.
8. Termination
You can close your account anytime from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On termination, your uploaded files are deleted within 30 days; any unpaid revenue earned in good standing is paid out per the normal process.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senderly is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹10,000.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Nothing in this section affects any consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
