What the Grievance Officer handles
The Grievance Officer is the point of contact for:
- Complaints about content hosted on Senderly that violates the IT Rules or our policies.
- Privacy concerns and requests under India's data protection law (DPDP Act, 2023).
- Content takedown requests.
- Complaints about violations of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
Response timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt, in line with the IT Rules.
How to file a complaint

- Your full name and contact details.
- The URL or 8-digit code of the content, where applicable.
- A clear description of the grievance.
